We provide lockbox rentals for your keys. Simply add a lockbox at the time of booking and we will drop off one off prior to your scheduled clean!

When you book online be sure to select the type of clean you think your apartment needs. We try to be as specific as possible as to what is and isn’t included. This ensures you know what you’re paying for. Improper selection will require you to reschedule and we’ll charge you the difference

Our Home Specialist’s take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses. Our Home Specialist’s are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes:

  • Washing hands regularly.
  • Disinfecting equipment between each job.
  • Staying home when they are not feeling well.
  • Wearing masks from start to finish.
  • Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate.

Our cleaners undergo rigorous state and national background checks. We also interview in person to confirm the integrity of our cleaners. We strive to make Better Clean Up a great place to work for. We are as committed to providing quality cleaners as we are to keeping them.

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. You are able to login to your Better Clean Up platform to easily manage your bookings.

Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.

This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.

Saturday: 9am-6pm

Sunday: 9am-5pm
